On Tuesday, the 'Blue-Group-ties' between Germany and
Spain, and Serbia and Russia will be held at the POWER HORSE WORLD
TEAM CUP. In the 'Red Group', the title holder, Argentina will
play Sweden and the US-team will take on this year's tournament
newcomer Kazakhstan. Thus, with Germany, Russia, Argentina and the
USA the winners of the first day will play the losers of the first
tie.
Florian Mayer will start the day against Marcel Granollers of Spain at 13:00 o'clock on Centre Court I. Afterwards, USA’s no. 1 player, Top-Ten player Mardy Fish, will play the top player from Kazakhstan, Andrey Golubev. The third singles match will be held by top player Viktor Troicki from Serbia and the Russian player Mikhail Youzhny.
At 13:00 o’clock, on Centre Court II, Juan Ignacio Chela will start the day against the Swedish player, Christian Lindell, which will be followed by the second singles match of the tie between Serbia and Russia.
